Working for O'Currance
allows me more time and money to spend on my
family and its needs.

I
have worked at OCurrance for two years. At the
time I applied I was 53 years old and had been
retired for 5 years. I needed something to do to
supplement my retirement; however I had no sales
experience. I remember having an interview with
Dave Meine who not only put me at ease but gave me
the confidence to venture into sales. I was
looking for a good paying job with flexible hours.
OCurrance not only met but exceeded my
expectations. With no sales experience I was
earning more when I was hired than I did after 24
years at my previous job. Although the money was
important, working conditions were a high priority
for me. From fellow employees, to coaches, all the
way up the line to and including the Meines, you
are treated with respect and friendship. You feel
as though you are an important member of the
OCurrance team. There is also plenty of
opportunity for advancement with the growth
OCurrance is experiencing. If you have to have a
job and are willing to work, this is the place to
be.

I
enjoy working at O'currance. A big reason would be
the people, both my co-workers, and the people I
get to talk everyday from around the country. My
supervisor is very understanding, and she is more
like a friend then my boss. The group I work with
is inclusive, and feels more like family then any
other place I have worked before. The office is
close to my home, so my morning commute is short.
Working at a place with positive energy always
makes for a good day.
