Sean Estes, Chief Executive Officer

Sean Estes, President and Chief Executive Officer,  joined O'Currance in March 2008 with over 16 years' experience in the contact center industry.  Sean will assure O'Currance's success as the company continues to gain market share in the emerging contact management industry.  Sean is a seasoned executive with a proven ability to drive expansion and operational expertise in high growth contact management companies.  His leadership skills and commitment are evident to all who meet him. Sean comes to O'Currance having served in key leadership roles with Teleperformance USA and Convergys.  Sean's experience with operations, finance, sales and technology will further enhance the foundations of O'Currance.


Will Fritcher Will Fritcher, Vice President of Sales

Will joined O'Currance most recently in 2007. He comes with an extensive background in the industry in both Operations and managing the client relationship. In that 11 years he was with the two largest Telemarketing companies in the industry responsible for growing their business and managing all aspects of their programs. His new responsibilities with O'Currance will be to grow our customer service sector, grow existing business, and bring on new customers.


Mike Kennedy

Mike Kennedy, Vice President of Operations

Mike joined O'Currance in October of 2007. He brings more than 25 years of senior level contact center management experience and accomplishment. Mike is very process-oriented and delivers sustained results by attention to detail and his passion for exceeding customer expectations. Prior to joining O'Currance, Mike operated his own contact center consulting firm and provided best practice operational advice to a host of industry-leading companies. He received his Bachelors Degree in Communications and graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles in 1975. Mike and his wife, Nora, moved from southern California to the Salt Lake area in 1995.
