O'Currance Teleservices Appoints CEO and Expands Leadership Team
SALT LAKE CITY, UT-Mar. 27, 2007-O'Currance Teleservices announces changes within their senior management
team. David Meine is now C.E.O., Laura Summers is director of operations and Jay Fraga is director of training.
Blake Rigby will remain president.
Riverlake Partners, LLC, acquired O'Currance Teleservices last week as part of an ongoing effort to meet
customers' expansion needs and serve new national-scale clients. Day-to-day business operations have remained
the same and all 600 in-office and at-home agents were retained.
"Changes in management are part of our commitment to strengthen O'Currance and take it to the next level,"
said James B. Nelson, board chairman. "David is well positioned in the industry and has the leadership experience
and strength to generate growth within the company."
Meine has been with O'Currance for the past five years as owner and recently as executive vice president. He
will oversee all departments within the company. Summers has been with the company for three years as Draper call
center manager. She has extensive experience with companies in the private and public sector. Fraga joined
O'Currance in May 2006 with 14 years industry experience. As director of training, he will motivate and equip
employees by continually providing them with knowledge to succeed.
