O'Currance Teleservices Hires J. Fraga as Training Manager

SALT LAKE CITY-July 17, 2006-O'Currance Teleservices, a premier provider of inbound telemarketing products and services, recently hired J. Fraga as the Salt Lake City call center training manager.

With 14 years of experience in management training, Fraga will provide O'Currance with all levels of training, including instruction for employees, management and executive positions. Prior to joining O'Currance, Fraga worked for various companies where he developed leadership skills by attending team diversity, optimism, conflict resolution, organization and goal-setting workshops.

Fraga is responsible for creating an outlined training program, which will include a leader's guide for each product that O'Currance sells as well as training designed to improve employee communication with customers. With this training program, O'Currance Teleservices will be able to provide new and current employees with a comprehensive and on-going training guide to help them improve their communication and sales skills at O'Currance.
