"I enjoy working at
O'currance. A big reason would be the people, both
my co-workers, and the people I get to talk
everyday from around the country. My supervisor is
very understanding, and she is more like a friend
then my boss. The group I work with is inclusive,
and feels more like family then any other place I
have worked before. The office is close to my
home, so my morning commute is short."

"I have worked at
O'Currance for two years. At the time I applied I
was 53 years old and had been retired for 5 years.
I needed something to do to supplement my
retirement; however I had no sales experience. I
remember having an interview with Dave Meine who
not only put me at ease but gave me the confidence
to venture into sales. I was looking for a good
paying job with flexible hours. O'Currance not
only met but exceeded my expectations. With no
sales experience I was earning more when I was
hired than I did after 24 years at my previous
job. Although the money was important, working
conditions were a high priority for me. From
fellow employees, to coaches, all the way up the
line to and including the Meines, you are treated
with respect and friendship. You feel as though
you are an important member of the O'Currance
team. There is also plenty of opportunity for
advancement with the growth O'Currance is
experiencing. If you have to have a job and are
willing to work, this is the place to
be." |

"I have been with
O'Currance for a few years now and love my job. I
have a schedule that meets my needs, I can work
from home and I only have to drive into the office
two times a month. Today with the price of gas,
clothes, and the value of my time, I have the best
job ever. Plus, I get paid great
too." |

"I have been working at
O'Currance for two years. As a sales agent I
answer calls daily, which I enjoy because it
allows me to utilize my sales and customers
service skills. My job is very rewarding and I
love it. At O'Currance I have met a lot of
wonderful people and made many friends along the
way. I am looking forward to my future success
with O'Currance. Thank you
O'Currance." |

"There couldn't be a
better job for a mom like me! I have now been with
O'Currance for 4 years, and things only get
better. There are many things that I love about my
job... The biggest thing for me is that I can
always be home for my kids I don't have to miss
their first steps, their first word. What could be
better then to be in the comfort of your own home,
in control of your own environment no gossip...no
drama! I also make more money working part time
from home than my friends do who work outside of
the home, full time. Plus, I am the one raising my
own kids. It really is the best of both
worlds!
The real question is, why would you
not want to work here?" |

"Working for O'Currance
out of my home has been a dream come true. I did
not want to leave my baby in daycare and thanks to
O'Currance, I have been able to stay at home with
him and still make great money because of the
generous commission structure. When it is time to
work, I walk in to my office, and when my shift is
over I walk out of my office and am already home.
I don't have to worry about travel time or gas
money. I am thankful for my job at
O'Currance." |

>"Working for
O'Currance has provided me with the benefit of
being a stay at home mom while also earning an
income for my family. With Ocurrance being open
24/7 there are a variety of schedules to choose
from. Not only do I make an hourly rate but also
commission on top of that. I am able to save money
with the rising gas prices, maintenance and repair
costs of my car. Working for O'Currance allows me
more time and money to spend on my family and our
needs." |
